product does not meet my requirements– I hope the return process goes smoothly. I contacted seller three days ago and haven’t received a response with re to returning this item. It’s no where near bright enough.. specs are not given in add or on product.. so you have to guess.. for example hopw many watts is each LED? and how many watts does this compare to other light sources –etc… overly hyped up product in my opinion… I already ordered a replacement bulb to take the place of this product.. I hope I hear from the seller soon or I will have to turn into a not so very nice person.. my, my… -mbvx999
I want to know the exact LED they are using– not listed
I want to know the total lumens put out buy this product– are these 12st 2nd 3rd or 4rth generation LED’s.. who makes them– ?
U know what– just give me my money back and i’ll gladly send this overpriced hyped up product back to the seller. I hate pretentious products. -mbvx999

My husband purchased this product for me in September 2010. In the ensuing months, I have administered treatments to my face and I do see actual results. Although my age spots and broken capillaries have failed to vanish, my overall skin quality has greatly improved. For example, in certain areas the skin which looked like orange peel, has grown smoother. Also, my skin looks firmer and some of the pores look smaller. Overall, I am quite happy with the product’s performance.

More good news is that I had to exercise my product warranty this week and encountered a positive experience. I explained to the phone rep that the switches no longer function properly on my machine and she immediately offered to repair or replace the unit after I exchange the product. There was no “run around.” Consequently, I feel that the hefty price of this machine is well worth it if one compares the high cost of the purchase of the prolific facial anti-aging creams available.

My only suggestion is that I wish that the panels were not made of hard plastic, but that the light diodes were housed in some kind of vinyl or soft material, so that one might wrap the panels to conform to the facial contours. To me, that type of panel would be more comfortable and effective. However, I am unaware whether this idea is possible.
