Hoped for acne solution,
I have acne and someone told me to try zinc. So, I purchased this product, and every day that I took it, I was miserable with really bad constipation. Who knows if it would have helped my acne? But I didn’t want to be miserable like that so I tossed the product. I do not recommend it.
